Huggabroomstik's European Tour was a huge success, despite some major setbacks (Dashan was denied entry into Germany due to the fact that his passport was stolen from him en route.) Thank you to all of our friends who helped us along the way.
We are already making plans for out next tour of Europe, in April 2009.
Also, we are gearing up for the second annual HUGGABROOMSTOCK festival, which will take place in Maria Hernandez Park (Bushwick, Brooklyn) this coming August. Stay tuned for more details!

our video is probably the most psychedelic (and least preachy) music video up there.

Sorry Broomheads, but our next full length album, "Alternate" (or "Ulternet") won't be out until 2008. We were very close to being finished before Major Matt left for his tour. Only two more songs need to be mixed, and then the whole thing needs to be mastered. Hopefully it will drop very early in 2008.
For those of you who can't wait, check out our Myspace page for two fresh tracks from the upcoming album.

After a slow September, HUGGABROOMSTIK is getting back to work...
We have two shows scheduled for October. both are at the legendary Sidewalk Cafe, home of Antifolk. Then we have two more NYC shows in November and one for December. With this many upcoming shows, we might resort to doing another batch of 'theme shows,' like we did in the late spring/early summer of this year.
We expect to begin the process of mixing our new album soon, with Major Matt. If we can manage to stay on schedule, we hope to release ALTERNATE HUGGABROOMSTIK by the end of the year.
Much love goes out to our drummer, Johnny Dydo and our friends, Sam James and Simon Beins of the WoWz, who are on tour in Europe.
Make sure to check out our BONUS section for new surprises.

hey broomheads!
first of all... we at HUGGABROOMSTIK would like to thank everyone who came to HUGGABROOMSTOCK 2007 and GUIDOTRON 9000, especially the performers and those people who pitched-in to make the festival possible.

there's also a new video posted on the video page.
in other news... HUGGABROOMSTIK has been recording songs at Olive Juice Studios, with the legendary Major Matt Mason (Schwervon, Kansas State Flower) manning the boards.
So far, we have laid down the 'basics' for about 19 songs, including "Being Mean Bean Means Being Mean," "Blackhole of Kittens," "Diamond Eyeballs," and "Shine On Diamond Eyeballs Part II."
The new album is scheduled to be released way before "Chinese Democracy."
lastly... I think this website might get more hits if I mention YOUNG EXOTIC NUDES IN FREE HARDCORE FETISH SCENES THAT WILL TURN YOUR MASSIVE COCK INTO A DRIPPING WET PUSSY

Welcome to the redesigned Huggabroomstik website. Bill Schaller and I have been working feverishly to complete it. I give him credit for everything that looks cool on here.
Huggabroomstickers are available through Joanna Kelly (who you can find at almost any huggabroomstik show), although they are in limited supply.
In real news, Huggabroomstik has been experimenting with new performance styles. On June 23rd, the band did an acoustic set, and earlier in the month they went completely a capella.
Congrats to Johnny Dido who married Julie (from Ching Chong Song) on June 21st.
